If you're starting from scratch, a foundational program like Pip University, Salon Nerd, or 124Go is a solid place to start, or my own Front Desk Sales System and Group Coaching Container. Come back to private coaching once you've got that base built.
What happens when the coaching ends?
No formal offboarding. You keep everything we built. Some clients move to month-to-month; others move on. No pressure either way.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. I want this to be the right fit for both of us. That's why I offer a first-month fit guarantee. If, after your first month, you don't feel this is the right coaching relationship for you, we'll part ways, no hard feelings. I'd rather end things on good terms than have you continue investing in something that isn't the right fit.
