What does coaching actually look like week to week?
Open agenda. We work on whatever's most pressing, calls, Slack, problem solving. I'm in it with you, not coaching from the sideline.
I've never worked with a coach before. Can I still apply?
This program is built for owners who already have a foundation, from a prior coaching program, a mentor, or years of figuring it out on their own. If you're starting from scratch, a foundational program like Pip University, Salon Nerd, or 124 Go is a solid place to start, or my own Front Desk Sales System and Group Coaching Container. Come back to private coaching once you've got that base built.
What happens when the coaching ends?
No formal offboarding. You keep everything we built. Some clients move to month-to-month, others move on. No pressure either way.
